THEATRE — "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." - Aristotle

This theatre performance casts an eye on history by focusing on the smaller details, a person's day-to-day impact. Central to this are repetitive actions that set in motion a chain of events that stands apart from the milestones and big stories. It’s all about evolution, not revolution.

Nine performers embodying life itself follow a fixed rhythm on a big, revolving stage. Against the impulse for relentless growth and constant reinvention, they seek immersion in repeating patterns. With the introduction of minor deviations, their course changes. They go in search of harmony in the physical and sonic collisions that follow.

An ode to routine and repetition, a quest for musical agreement. Until something new and lasting arises ...
